Dermatouch is a fast-growing Indian dermo-cosmetic skincare brand focused on delivering clinically backed skincare solutions. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to support our growing team and help us attract the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

- Handle recruitment for sales, marketing, digital marketing, operations, and other business functions.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.





- Use ATS/CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines; Zoho Recruit experience is an advantage.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment processes.​

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced workplace.

- Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, skincare, or startup companies is preferred.
