Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, ensuring timely filing of tax returns and statutory payments.

Manage GST, income tax, TDS, and other applicable tax-related matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, litigation, and coordination with tax authorities.

Develop tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities and manage tax risks.

Review tax computations, reconciliations, and financial disclosures.

Advise management on tax implications of business transactions and regulatory changes.

Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders on taxation matters.

Lead and guide the taxation team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of deliverables.
