We are seeking a UI Designer/Developer who can combine strong visual design skills with frontend development expertise to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. The role requires experience in translating business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and scalable web components while ensuring usability, consistency, and technical feasibility across digital platforms.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs aligned with business needs
- Develop clean, reusable, and scalable frontend components and pages
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and visual consistency across platforms and devices
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery
- Optimize UI performance and maintain compatibility across modern browsers




- Contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI governance standards

Skill Requirements

Secondary Skills

- Performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting
- Accessibility compliance using WCAG and ARIA standards
- Knowledge of animation libraries such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS transitions
- Basic backend/API understanding to support end-to-end integration
- Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps pipelines, and collaboration tools like Jira or Azure Boards
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly frontend practices and semantic HTML
