Job Description – Import CHA Executive

Company: Babaji Shivram Clearing & Carriers Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify import documents: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and IEC.
- Check HS codes, customs valuation and applicable licences/NOCs.
- Prepare and verify Bill of Entry (BOE) for customs filing.
- Coordinate customs assessment, examination, duty payment and Out of Charge (OOC).
- Follow up with shipping lines, CFS, clients and transporters.
- Monitor shipment clearance, delivery, detention and demurrage.
- Verify billing, maintain shipment records and close job files.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
