- Coordinate with field executives and logistics teams to ensure timely pickup services.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up status.
- Provide accurate information to customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- *Malayalam-speaking candidates will be preferred.*
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
