Education - Diploma, BE, B. Tech Mech.

Work Experience - Relevant 2- 4 Years

Product Line-: PDU, BDU, Junction BOX & DC-DC Converter, High Voltage Product

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop mechanical concepts and designs for PDU, BDU, Junction Box, DC-DC Converter and other high-voltage automotive products.
- Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using Creo, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Design plastic, sheet-metal, die-cast and machined components as per product requirements.
- Select and evaluate HV/LV connectors, terminals, busbars and mechanical interfaces.
- Apply GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, DFM and DFA principles to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.
- Ensure proper component fitment, assembly, mounting, sealing and serviceability.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs,



specifications and design documentation.
- Manage drawing releases, ECN/ECR and engineering changes through the applicable PLM/document control system.
- Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, prototyping, testing and product validation activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, Testing and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Support prototype builds, trial runs, root-cause analysis and production-related design improvements.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IATF requirements and applicable automotive design standards.
- Implement design improvements for cost reduction, weight optimization, manufacturability and product reliability.
- Support customer technical discussions, design feasibility assessments and project deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion of design activities in line with project milestones and quality requirements.
