JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Industry Technical Trainer – AI & Advanced Technology Domains Organization: Quality Thought Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana Experience: 10+ years of relevant industry experience Engagement: Part-time / Freelance / Contract / Session-based Training Mode: Online and Offline Availability: Flexible scheduling; sessions may be arranged at mutually agreed times About the Opportunity Quality Thought is looking for highly experienced industry professionals to deliver practical, industry-oriented training across AI-enabled technology domains. We welcome senior practitioners with strong hands-on expertise, real-world project experience, and the ability to explain advanced concepts clearly to learners. Trainers may be engaged for one or more of the domains listed below. Technology Domains Data Science with AI: Data science workflows, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI applications, model evaluation, and practical project implementation. Cyber Security with AI: Security fundamentals, threat detection, security analytics, AI-assisted security operations, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and responsible use of AI in security. Cloud Data Engineering (GCP / Azure): Cloud data platforms, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data lakes and warehouses, orchestration, governance, monitoring, and scalable cloud architecture on Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure. Full Stack Development using Python and AI: Python-based backend development, APIs, frontend integration, databases, application deployment, and integration of AI/GenAI capabilities into applications. Data Analyst with AI: Data preparation, SQL, Excel and/or BI tools,



dashboards, reporting, business insights, analytics workflows, and AI-assisted analysis and automation. Candidate Profile Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the listed technology domains. Strong preference for professionals who have worked at leading global product-based technology companies, such as Microsoft, Apple, NVIDIA, Google, Amazon, Meta, or comparable organizations. Substantial hands-on industry experience, including real-world projects, production systems, architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, or technical leadership. Ability to design and deliver structured, practical sessions with demonstrations, case studies, exercises, and project-based learning. Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and learner-engagement skills. Ability to adapt content to learners’ skill levels and explain both concepts and industry practices. Relevant certifications, a portfolio of projects, or experience mentoring teams/learners will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality technical training sessions in the relevant domain(s), online and/or offline. Prepare or adapt training materials, demonstrations, assignments, practical labs, and real-world case studies. Share current industry practices,



implementation approaches, lessons learned, and project-based examples. Assess learner understanding, answer technical questions, and provide constructive feedback. Keep training content aligned with evolving tools, platforms, security practices, and AI developments. Engagement & Scheduling Flexible engagement options are available, including part-time, freelance, contract, and session-based assignments. Trainers may indicate their preferred domains, online/offline preference, location, and available time slots. Sessions will be scheduled in coordination with the trainer and Quality Thought, subject to mutual availability. Compensation Compensation and engagement terms will be discussed and finalized based on expertise, relevant experience, domain coverage, session format, and assignment requirements.
