HR Intern (Freshers Welcome)

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to start their careers in Human Resources. This 45-day internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, candidate management, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Freshers and final-year students who want to gain hands-on HR experience and develop qualified skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare job descriptions, recruitment posts, emails, and basic HR documents.
- Coordinate with team members to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Learn and support day-to-day HR processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates or students pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Students from BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, and related backgrounds are welcome.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good organizational skills.
- No prior work experience required.

Performance-Based Incentive
