Required Skills & Responsibilities

- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and applicable factory safety regulations.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and training skills.
- Ability to prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.
- Knowledge of fire safety, PPE, emergency response, and accident prevention
- Reduction in workplace accidents and near misses.
- Timely completion of safety inspections and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety rules, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the plant, machinery, equipment, and workplace.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contract workers.




- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
- Monitor fire safety systems, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and emergency preparedness.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in safety inspections, risk assessment, accident investigation, and employee safety training.

Qualification: BSc/ ADIS /diploma in fire and safety etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
