Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Registered with Council of Architecture (COA), India
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office (Lumion/Photoshop is an advantage)
- Strong design, planning, and visualization skills
- Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and bylaws
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Description

- Prepare architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Develop working drawings and construction documents
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and approval norms
- Attend client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality
- Support project teams during execution and resolve design-related issues
- Prepare presentation drawings and material specifications
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and permits
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks
