- Teach mesh count, wire gauge, aperture, open area, weight, and SS, MS and GI materials in Days 1 to 14 of every batch.
- Cover all product families (woven, welded, wire screens, perforated sheets, expanded metal, chain link) and their uses by industry.
- Arrange factory floor exposure at the Coimbatore factory with Production and Quality.
- Build and update the product manual, product tests (pass mark 80%) and a bank of real enquiries for quote practice.
- Run the product test and record scores in ERPNext.
- Run product refreshers for existing sales staff across the 5 branches.
- Support the Sales Training Manager with role play scenarios, spec-to-quote practice and Selection Day.
- Report test results and weak topics after each batch, so teaching improves.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
