- Staff Management: Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, and supervises bartenders, barbacks, and wait staff. Resolves conflicts and handles performance reviews or disciplinary actions.
- Inventory & Ordering: Monitors stock levels, counts weekly or monthly inventory, places orders for liquor, beer, wine, and supplies, and manages vendor relationships.
- Menu Development: Creates and updates cocktail, wine, and beer lists, sets pricing, and designs drink recipe documentation.
- Financial & Cost Control: Tracks daily sales, manages labor costs, monitors pour cost percentages, and handles cash reconciliation or payroll.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensures the bar adheres to local, state, and federal alcohol service laws, age verification rules, and health and sanitation codes.
- Customer Service: Greets patrons, handles complaints, maintains a welcoming atmosphere, and diffuses tense or escalated situations.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
