Job Summary
We are looking for experienced candidates for a Life Insurance Sales Executive position in Yerwada, Pune. The role involves explaining life insurance and investment-linked products, handling customer enquiries, generating sales leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain life insurance products, features, benefits, and policy terms to customers.
- Provide information about suitable insurance and investment-linked plans based on customer requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Respond to customer queries related to insurance products and investment-linked plans.
- Explain financial protection and insurance planning options.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Complete follow-ups and other assigned sales activities on time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance sales is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and the ULIP process.
- Basic understanding of investment products and the share market.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.
Salary and Work Details
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000.
- Weekly off: Rotational.
- Work location: Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra.
