La Quanta Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Automation Sales Engineer to sell industrial automation, robotics and AI solutions to manufacturers, mainly in Pune and nearby areas, and also across India.

What you will do:

- Find and follow up on leads for automation, robotics and AI vision projects

- Visit plants, understand the customer's process and problem, and work with our engineers on the right solution

- Prepare quotations and technical proposals, and follow them through to orders

- Build and keep good relationships with plant, maintenance, quality and purchase teams

- Meet sales targets and find new customers and new business

What we are looking for:

- Experience in technical sales of industrial automation, robotics, machine vision or similar

- Interest in robotics and AI, and the ability to explain them in simple terms to plant teams

- A track record of selling automation projects,



or a robust engineering background and a wish to move into sales

- Knowledge of PLC and SCADA is useful but not required; we will explain it as needed

- Willingness to travel to customer sites, mostly in Pune and nearby areas and sometimes across India

- Good communication in English and Hindi

Pay will be discussed based on experience.
