Job Description – IPQA Executive

Industry: Pharmaceutical – Injectable Manufacturing PlantLocation: Kala Amb, Himachal PradeshDepartment: Quality Assurance (IPQA)Experience: 1–5 YearsSalary Budget: ₹13,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform in-process quality checks during injectable manufacturing and filling operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor manufacturing, filling, sealing and packaging activities.
- Perform line clearance before starting manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Verify BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Packaging Records).
- Ensure proper documentation of in-process activities and observations.
- Monitor environmental conditions and hygiene practices in production areas.
- Identify deviations and report non-conformities to the QA department.




- Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to maintain product quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in IPQA.
- Candidates with injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of GMP documentation and quality procedures.
