Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
- Handle inbound customer queries and explain company products
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into qualified leads or sales
- Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and customer details in the system
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in telecalling
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Good persuasion and phone etiquette skills.
