Position: Technician Trainee
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18–25 years
- Qualification: 10th + ITI (minimum 50% aggregate)
- Preferred Trades: Fitter, Welder, Electrician, and Mechanic
- Languages Known: English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Good communication skills; basic Microsoft Office knowledge is optional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 5S activities and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Assist in equipment maintenance and operations.
- Carry out electrical and mechanical repair activities.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Participate in TPM and Kaizen activities.
- Support electrical wiring and other departmental activities.
