Top Tier Tales Media is a creative media and content agency producing social media content, digital campaigns, advertisements, and visual content for brands.

We’re looking for a Cinematographer who has a strong eye for visuals and can translate creative concepts into high-quality footage.

About the Role

As a Cinematographer, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing video shoots across different types of content — from social media Reels and product shoots to brand campaigns, advertisements, and creative productions.

You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams to bring concepts to life visually.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots for social media and digital campaigns
- Operate professional cameras and camera equipment
- Handle framing, composition, camera movement, exposure, and focus
- Set up and manage lighting for different types of shoots
- Work with different lighting setups, lenses, and equipment according to the creative requirement
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into strong visual storytelling
- Shoot Reels, advertisements, product videos, talking-head content, lifestyle content, and brand campaigns
- Coordinate with creators, talent,



and the production team during shoots
- Ensure footage is properly exposed, framed, and captured according to the editing requirements
- Stay updated with current cinematography and social media visual trends
- Maintain and handle camera and production equipment responsibly

Requirements

- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and camera operation
- Experience working with skilled/mirrorless cinema cameras
- Good understanding of lenses, camera settings, frame rates, and lighting
- Ability to create different visual styles based on a brand or concept
- Strong understanding of short-form social media content
- Good problem-solving skills on set
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
- Previous experience in advertising, production, social media, or creative agencies is preferred
- Portfolio/showreel is required

Someone with a strong visual eye, technical understanding, and creative approach to filmmaking who can take a concept from a brief and turn it into compelling footage.

Salary

₹30,000 per month
