Manage daily gym operations and ensure smooth functioning of the fitness center.
Supervise gym trainers and ensure high-quality training services.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Assist members with fitness-related enquiries and resolve complaints.
Develop strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
Monitor gym equipment, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
Coordinate with the sales team to increase gym memberships.
Maintain daily operational reports and submit updates to management.
Ensure that gym rules, discipline, and safety standards are followed.
Support the management in achieving business and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
