Job Description: Nyxgen IT is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Email Marketing & Cold Outreach Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute cold email campaigns.
- Build and manage targeted email lists.
- Write and optimize high-converting cold emails.
- Monitor campaign performance, open rates, and reply rates.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain email deliverability and follow best practices.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversions.

Requirements:
1. For Interns & Freshers:

- Basic understanding of cold email outreach, lead generation, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about email deliverability, inbox placement, and campaign optimization.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

- Robust understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, domain health, and email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience in campaign planning, A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics, improve open and reply rates, and generate qualified leads.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
