We are looking for a Financial Statement Analyst to join our team at KSRC & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Motera, Ahmedabad. The role involves reviewing company financial statements, preparing accurate CMA data for bank lending, and ensuring every report is reconciled and complete before submission. The position offers a monthly salary of Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 (gross, based on role and test performance) and opportunities for professional growth from Analyst to Senior Analyst and Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review CMA data prepared from audited and provisional financial statements, and complete pending items.

* Classify Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss items into the correct CMA heads as per bank requirements.

* Ensure the Balance Sheet tallies, net profit matches the P&L;, and opening figures match the previous year.

* Analyse key ratios such as current ratio, TOL/TNW, DSCR, debtor days and creditor days, and flag unusual items.

* Maintain a daily log of exceptions and queries, meet turnaround and accuracy targets,



and keep all client data strictly confidential.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is M.Com, MBA/PGDM (Finance) or CA Inter, with 0 to 4 years of experience. B.Com/BBA graduates with experience in CMA, CAM or bank credit work may also apply. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in finalisation of accounts, audit or CMA preparation is a plus. Applicants must have solid attention to detail, analytical skills, working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables), and knowledge of Schedule III and Indian Accounting Standards. The role is full-time from our Motera office, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
