Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Course Architect & Academic Enablement to oversee the academic validation, evaluation and quality assurance of courses published on the EMPENHANCE platform.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to validate course content, course structures, learning objectives and assessment frameworks to ensure that every course meets defined academic, professional and industry-relevant standards.

The individual will evaluate courses developed by tutors and subject matter experts, identify content gaps, recommend improvements and establish consistent academic validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Content Validation

- Review and validate course content submitted by tutors and subject matter experts.
- Evaluate content accuracy, relevance, depth, quality and alignment with stated learning objectives.
- Identify outdated, incomplete, repetitive or insufficient learning material.
- Ensure course content provides meaningful knowledge and practical value to learners.
- Recommend revisions and improvements before courses are approved for publication.

2. Course Structure & Curriculum Evaluation

- Validate course structures, modules, lessons and learning sequences.
- Evaluate whether course duration, content depth and learning progression are appropriate.
- Ensure course modules are logically organised and aligned with intended learning outcomes.
- Assess whether courses meet relevant academic,



professional and vocational expectations.
- Recommend structural improvements where necessary.

3. Assessment Framework Validation

- Review and validate assessment methods, including quizzes, assignments, projects and examinations.
- Ensure assessments accurately measure the knowledge and skills covered in the course.
- Evaluate assessment difficulty, relevance, marking criteria and pass requirements.
- Ensure appropriate alignment between learning objectives, course content and assessments.
- Recommend suitable assessment frameworks based on course category and learning level.

4. Academic Quality Assurance

- Establish standardised academic evaluation and course approval criteria.
- Develop course validation checklists, evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain consistency in academic standards across different course categories.
- Establish review and feedback processes for submitted courses.
- Ensure courses meet internal quality requirements before publication.

5. Tutor & Course Creator Enablement

- Guide tutors and subject matter experts on academic content requirements.
- Provide structured feedback on course submissions and required revisions.
- Help course creators improve their course structure, learning objectives and assessment methods.
- Establish academic guidelines to support consistent course development.
- Coordinate with tutors and internal teams to ensure courses meet approval standards.

6. Academic Research & Benchmarking

- Research relevant academic standards, industry expectations and market requirements.
- Benchmark course structures, learning hours, assessment methods and certification standards against relevant market offerings.




- Evaluate the suitability of courses for Canadian and international learners.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality and relevance of the platform's course catalogue.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in Education, Academic Management, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum evaluation, course validation or educational program management.
- Strong experience reviewing academic content, course structures and assessment methodologies.
- Understanding of learning outcomes, instructional design and curriculum standards.
- Experience evaluating online learning programs, skilled courses or vocational training.
- Strong analytical, research, evaluation and communication skills.
- Experience working with educators, tutors, academic institutions or subject matter experts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EdTech or online learning platforms.
- Knowledge of Canadian education and professional development standards.
- Familiarity with competency based learning and outcome-based assessments.
- Understanding of certification requirements and professional development frameworks.
- Experience developing academic evaluation criteria and quality assurance processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹73,000.00 per month
