Position: Export–Import (EXIM) Executive

Department: Logistics / Export–Import

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle complete export and import documentation and procedures.

2. Coordinate with customs brokers (CHAs), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.

3. Prepare and verify shipping bills, Bills of Entry, commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and other relevant documents.

4. Manage ICEGATE operations, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

5. Handle DGFT, IEC, Certificate of Origin, and other export–import compliance requirements.

6. Coordinate import shipments, customs duty payments, and delivery to the factory.

7. Manage export shipments, vessel bookings, container planning, and dispatch schedules.

8. Handle SEZ-related documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements, if applicable.

9. Coordinate with banks regarding export documentation, foreign remittances, and payment follow-ups.

10. Maintain shipment records and ensure timely completion of all EXIM activities.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in export–import operations.

- Positive knowledge of Indian Customs procedures, ICEGATE, DGFT, and EXIM documentation.

- Practical experience in coordinating with shipping lines, CHAs, and freight forwarders.

- Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs regulations.

- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in manufacturing or export-oriented industries.

- Knowledge of SEZ operations and compliance.

- Ability to independently manage export and import shipments from documentation to final delivery.
