Job Summary

Media Creative Consultants (MCC), an integrated branding and packaging design consultancy, is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in both video shooting and video editing. The candidate should be capable of handling video production from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery, creating high-quality visual content for clients and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

- Shoot professional-quality videos for advertisements, promotional campaigns, product videos, corporate videos, interviews, events, and social media content.
- Handle cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other video production tools.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on client requirements and creative briefs.
- Capture high-quality footage with proper framing, lighting, composition, and sound.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging video concepts.

Video Editing

- Edit videos for social media platforms, advertisements, promotional campaigns, reels, and corporate presentations.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, transitions, and visual effects.
- Add titles, subtitles, motion graphics, background music, and other required elements.
- Deliver videos in the appropriate formats and dimensions for different platforms.
- Ensure all videos meet quality standards and deadlines.

General Responsibilities

- Work closely with designers, content creators, and the marketing team.




- Understand client requirements and convert ideas into engaging visual content.
- Manage video projects from shooting through final delivery.
- Maintain and organise video footage, project files, and equipment.
- Be willing to travel for client shoots and outdoor assignments when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of skilled experience in both videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of camera operations, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous videography and editing work is required.
