Own configuration, testing, and support of Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management modules.
- Configure time entry, overtime, accruals, holiday calendars, and leave types.
- Support global/local policies for absence and attendance.
- Strong experience in business process configuration.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate time-off and leave data.
- Develop time and absence reports for compliance and auditing.
- Test and support quarterly updates.
- Reporting and EIB
