We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR recruitment, and a willingness to learn HR operations and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support daily HR activities and documentation.

Requirements

- Fresher with basic knowledge of HR recruitment.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals is preferred.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
