About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Operations Executive (supply function) to manage daily operational activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth business operations across online marketplaces and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily backend operations, order processing, and inventory updates.
- Maintain accurate data, reports, invoices, and operational records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer support teams.
- Monitor order status, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and delivery issues.
- Update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and other marketplace details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure timely documentation and adherence to company processes.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in business or operations is preferred.




- 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, e-commerce operations, or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or quick-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.
