- Bachelor’s Degree in Tamil (B.A. Tamil) or a Post-Graduate Degree in Tamil (M.A. Tamil) with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Curriculum Alignment: CBSE curriculum.
- Target Classes: Middle and Secondary levels (Grades 6 to 10).
- Primary Objective: Build strong language proficiency, reading comprehension, writing skills, and cultural appreciation of Tamil.
- Classroom Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons covering Tamil grammar, prose, poetry, and classical/modern literature.
- Lesson Planning: Develop structured lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and learning materials aligned with the school curriculum.
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular tests, grade examinations, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.




- Cultural Promotion: Organize and encourage participation in Tamil literary events, debates, elocution, storytelling, and cultural festivals.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an inclusive, disciplined, and supportive workplace that fosters active student participation.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Coordinate with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to report on academic performance and behavioral growth
