Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day department operations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training.
- Manage budgets, resources, and departmental expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Handle escalated customer, client, or employee concerns professionally.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
