Core Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans. [1, 2]
- Reporting & Accounting Oversight: Oversee P&L; statements, balance sheets, day-to-day accounting functions (payables, receivables, payroll), and month/year-end closes. [1, 2, 3]
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (such as GAAP), while managing relationships with external auditors. [1, 2, 3]
- Risk & Investment Management: Monitor financial risks, evaluate investment opportunities, and manage capital allocation. [1, 2, 3]
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the finance and accounting team while advising senior leadership or the CFO
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
