Hiring: Associate Centre Manager – Cult.fit

Location: Nallura halli, Sarjapur, Kanakpura road, HSR, JP Nagar and Akshya nagar
CTC: ₹3.45 LPA + Uncapped Incentives (Typically ₹15,000–₹30,000+)

Shifts: Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Evening shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Split Shift: Morning shift: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM Evening shift: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Weekly Off : One day off per week, aligned with centre requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Drive membership sales, renewals, upselling, and walk-in conversions.
- Manage daily centre operations and member experience.
- Handle member queries, complaints, and facility standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Completed Graduation or Diploma (pursuing candidates are not eligible).
- Good English communication skills.
- Age: 23–35 years.
- Bike is mandatory.
- Residence within 10 km of the assigned centre.
- Comfortable with sales targets, weekend working, and straight/split shifts.
