Gepach International is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards, regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, applicable regulatory guidelines and company quality standards.
- Prepare, review and maintain SOPs, quality documents and other controlled records.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls and investigations.
- Review batch manufacturing records and batch packaging records, wherever applicable.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Monitor implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs and other departments.




- Ensure proper documentation practices and timely closure of quality-related observations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain inspection readiness.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and GMP requirements.
- Understanding of QMS, CAPA, deviations, change control and documentation.
- Valuable analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with established procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Relevant qualification in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical formulations will be preferred.
