Job Description

- To monitor, asses and identify strategies to improve services, systems and process in the field.
- To assist Centre in Charges, Field Workers, Project Coordinator, Accountant, Counselor and stakeholders to obtain consensus for implementing recent processes and program policies.
- To coordinate with various teams to implement approved activities and programs.
- To arrange logistics for all external and internal meetings, events and activities.
- To administer all travel arrangements that include surface transport, lodging for groups and individuals.
- To prepare complex and non-routine letters and maintain efficient correspondence to assist office staff.
- To determine future office requirements in coordination with Project Coordinator.
- To support in MIS to maintenance all required documentation of Program.
- To support office staff to maintain office equipment and an inventory.
- To oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the Project Coordinator and Centre In charge.
- To ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the organization.




- To be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
- To be responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the Project Coordinator.
- To oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project reports as well as monthly and quarterly reports as per deadlines requests.
- To lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project.
- To ensure close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreements.
- To employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring. To trouble shoot project problems.
- To identify and implement creative solution.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
