Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming café in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have relevant café management experience, excellent English communication skills, a professional personality, and strong team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Handle inventory management, procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational reports.
- Control operational costs and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate catering services and refreshments for meetings and corporate events.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer service.




- Maintain service quality and implement improvements in café operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of the café.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in café operations or café management.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and qualified personality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory, procurement, billing, and cost control.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience managing a café or similar food and beverage establishment.
- Ability to manage staff, vendors, and daily operational activities independently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on service excellence.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000, depending on experience and suitability.
