Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, coordination, and timely completion of industrial projects, including plant expansion, installation, construction, and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor industrial projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage plant expansion, civil construction, machinery installation, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, progress reports,



and execution plans.
- Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Monitor site activities, manpower deployment, material availability, and resource utilization.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
- Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and minimize delays.
- Provide regular project progress updates to management.

Required Skills

- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Knowledge of industrial construction, plant installation, and commissioning.
- Experience in contractor and vendor management.
- Budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
