- Role Type: Supply Chain / Operations or B2B Marketing & Sales
- Primary Objective: Ensure accurate product/service demand projections, balance inventory levels, or drive qualified prospect pipelines (MQLs/SQLs)

Key Responsibilities

- Demand Forecasting & Planning: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to build accurate rolling forecasts for products or regions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams during S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) or review meetings to reconcile targets.
- Inventory & Exception Management: Monitor stock levels, track deviation alerts, and manage exceptions for SKU prioritization or order fulfillment.
- Pipeline & Campaign Execution (if Demand Generation focus): Plan multi-channel campaigns, track MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) conversion rates, and manage prospect data.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain dashboards,



track forecast accuracy (KPIs), and report variances to leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in supply chain planning, demand analysis, or B2B lead/demand generation.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling).
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Busy) or demand planning software.
- CRM or marketing automation tools (for generation roles).
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, cross-functional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
