Job Title: Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 & Networking Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable trainer to teach cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and networking. The ideal candidate can explain technical topics clearly and deliver practical, hands-on training to learners with different skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver training sessions on cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and networking.
- Teach cybersecurity fundamentals, common threats, safe practices, and incident response basics.
- Train learners to use Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Cover Microsoft 365 administration, user management, permissions, and security settings.
- Teach networking topics such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Demonstrate network troubleshooting and security practices through practical exercises.
- Prepare course materials, presentations, lab guides, and assessments.
- Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
- Keep training materials current and maintain a supportive learning workplace.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, Microsoft 365, and networking.




- Experience in technical training, teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and mixed-skill groups.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
