Courze1on1 is looking for a motivated and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Tharamani, Chennai.

*Responsibilities:*

Handle prospective student enquiries and follow up with leads.

Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.

Recommend suitable courses based on candidates' needs.

Convert leads into paid admissions and achieve sales targets.

Maintain lead records and build strong customer relationships.

*Requirements:*

1–2 years of sales experience; EdTech or course sales preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.

*Location:* Tharamani, Chennai

**Working Hours:** 10:30 AM–7:30 PM

*Working Days:* Monday–Saturday
