- Handle procurement of mechanical equipment, spare parts, and engineering materials for plant operations.
- Purchase items such as pumps, motors, valves, pipes, fittings, bearings, compressors, gearboxes, and mechanical seals.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, price negotiations, and timely material delivery.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with recent and existing suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Stores departments to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement of breakdown and preventive maintenance materials.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders, delivery schedules, and material quality issues.

Experience - From API Background 5-8 years of experience
