- Conduct site visits and prepare measurements.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates and quotations.
- Analyse material, labour and project costs.
- Prepare rate analysis and quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Designers and Procurement teams.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Prepare client bills, vendor bills and measurement sheets.
- Track additional works, variations and project expenses.
- Ensure timely submission of estimates and bills.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Interior / Construction industry.
- Valuable knowledge of BOQ, estimation and billing.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
