- Provide technical support to clients and resolve reported issues.
- Perform manual testing of software applications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs and technical issues.
- Test new features and verify bug fixes.
- Prepare test cases and maintain testing documentation.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Monitor application performance and ensure smooth functionality.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and provide timely support.
- Maintain issue reports and update the status of support tickets.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of software testing and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of manual testing and test cases.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
