- Operate CNC WIDMA machines for manufacturing and grinding of carbide cutting tools.
- Perform machine setting, job loading, fixture setting, and tool alignment.
- Manufacture and grind solid carbide cutting tools as per production requirements.
- Work on solid carbide end mills, drills, reamers, and special cutting tools.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, tool geometry, and technical specifications.
- Understand CNC programs and perform necessary program corrections as per requirements.
- Select and set appropriate grinding wheels, wheel parameters, and dressing conditions.
- Ensure correct tool geometry, dimensions, runout, and surface finish.
- Inspect finished tools using precision measuring instruments.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine, grinding, and tooling-related problems.
- Monitor machine performance and achieve daily production targets.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain machine records, production reports, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance Departments.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and shop-floor discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
