Build joyful learning with us.

Come join a team that takes the inner life of a child seriously, and treats every adult as a learner too.

Hiring & Training

How we hire & train our facilitators.

At Sparkling Mindz, we are thoughtful about who we bring into our classrooms because the right adult can make all the difference in a child's journey.

We look beyond qualifications to find individuals who are empathetic, reflective, and deeply committed to understanding children. Many of our facilitators come from diverse skilled backgrounds, united by a shared passion for meaningful education.

At Sparkling Mindz, Learning is Forever and Everywhere (LIFE), and every facilitator, through regular mentoring, observations, and reflective conversations, continues to grow just like the children they work with.

Once they join us, facilitators go through continuous training focused on:

- Deepening their subject-matter expertise
- Understanding how children think and learn
- Facilitating discussions rather than delivering instruction

- Practicing reflection and self-awareness
- Designing deep, connected learning experiences
