Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist with payroll processing and salary-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities and address employee concerns.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage exit formalities, full and final settlements,



and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employee documentation, and basic payroll coordination.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
