Job Overview

An established electrical contracting company in Mumbai is looking for experienced Electrical Site Engineers to manage electrical execution work for multi-storey residential buildings.

The candidate will be responsible for independently handling complete site operations, supervising wiring teams, reading AutoCAD electrical drawings, ensuring quality execution and completing electrical works from slab conduiting to testing and final handover.

This is a hands-on site execution role requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently manage electrical project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and execute complete electrical works at assigned project sites.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD electrical drawings, including layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), risers and DB schedules.
- Supervise slab and wall conduiting, wiring, cabling, DBs, LT panels, earthing and lighting installations.
- Plan daily activities and allocate work to electricians and wiring teams.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with developer representatives, civil contractors and other MEP teams.
- Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
- Prepare material requirements, site reports, measurements and billing records.
- Ensure timely completion of electrical works and final project handover.

Mandatory Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.




- 8–10 years of relevant experience in electrical site execution.
- Mandatory experience in multi-storey residential or commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD electrical drawings.
- Hands-on experience in conduiting, wiring, cabling, DBs, LT panels and earthing.
- Proven ability to independently manage a complete electrical site.
- Experience supervising electricians, wiring teams and site labour.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Willingness to work at project locations in Thane, Powai, Chembur or Panvel.

Deal Breakers

Candidates will not be considered without:

- 8 years of relevant electrical site execution experience.
- High-rise residential/commercial building project experience.
- Practical AutoCAD electrical drawing knowledge.
- Independent site handling experience.
- Hands-on wiring team and labour supervision experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Candidates with only industrial maintenance, factory electrical maintenance or office-based design experience are not suitable for this position.
