About the Role

We are hiring Growth Executives for our Bangalore office to help expand our diagnostic services and client network. You will use your biotechnology background and fluency in Hindi and English to connect with clients, explain our services with confidence, and build lasting business relationships. You will start with structured onboarding and work closely with our Growth team .

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new clients through market mapping and business development activities.

Promote diagnostic services and increase brand visibility in assigned markets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups and business activities in the ERP system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Achieve assigned growth targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech in Biotechnology (mandatory)



with Knowing Blood Collection.

Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn ERP systems.

Self-motivated, result-oriented and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment.
