We are looking for a Site Architect to monitor and coordinate the execution of interior works at project sites. The candidate should be able to read and prepare basic interior drawings, supervise site activities, ensure quality and timely execution, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise interior works at site.

- Read and prepare basic interior layout and execution drawings.

- Prepare estimates, quantity calculations, BOQs, and bills for site works.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

- Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design

- Basic knowledge of interior construction, materials, and site execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior site experience preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
