Job Title: Resort Manager / Site Caretaker – Resort Under Construction, Kuttikkanam

Job Description:

- Oversee and monitor the day-to-day construction activities of a resort in Kuttikkanam.
- Supervise on-site work and coordinate with contractors, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor construction quality, timelines, and adherence to project plans.
- Maintain daily records of work completed, materials received, labour attendance, and site expenses.
- Ensure proper utilisation and safe storage of construction materials and equipment.
- Report work progress, delays, material requirements, and site-related issues to the owner or management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of the property.
- Coordinate maintenance, security,



and general caretaking activities throughout the construction phase.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, overseeing the property and ensuring accountability for all in office activities.
- Assist in preparing the property for operational readiness upon completion of construction.
