We’re Hiring | Operations Executive – Travel & Tourism

Mathew Voyages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, organised and responsible Operations Executive to join our team in Thripunithura, Ernakulam.

We welcome applications from freshers as well as candidates with previous experience who are interested in building or continuing their career in the travel and tourism industry.

Position: Operations Executive – Travel & Tourism
Location: Thripunithura, Ernakulam
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and other travel partners
- Handle hotel, transport, sightseeing and activity bookings
- Prepare vouchers, confirmations and travel-related documents
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams
- Support individual and group tour operations
- Check arrangements before guest arrivals
- Assist with ongoing tours and last-minute operational changes
- Maintain booking records and operational files

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have an interest in travel and tourism
- Possess positive communication and coordination skills
- Are organised, responsible and detail-oriented




- Have basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Can manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
- Are willing to learn and grow with the organisation

Performance-Based Growth:
For candidates who demonstrate good performance, responsibility and progress in the role, the salary will be reviewed and may be revised with an increase within the first 6 months.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Thripunithura / Ernakulam, considering the regular office-based nature of the role.
