We are looking for a customer-facing sales professional to manage direct sales and guest relations at our Goa sites. You will be the first point of contact for buyers and visitors, and you will turn site visits into bookings.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome walk-in and scheduled guests at our Goa sites and conduct site tours
- Present projects, pricing, payment plans and offers to prospective buyers
- Follow up with every lead and convert site visits into bookings
- Make every visit smooth, warm and skilled, from arrival to departure
- Coordinate with the sales, CRM and site teams on bookings and documentation
- Log leads, visits and feedback in the CRM
- Meet monthly site-visit and booking targets

Requirements

- Up to 3 years of experience in real estate, hospitality or premium retail sales
- Graduate in any discipline
- Confident communicator in English and Hindi
- Well groomed, with a service-first attitude
- Target-driven, with a strong habit of follow-up
- Comfortable with field work and weekend site duty
- Available to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
